In the second quarter of 2024, housing prices in Ahmedabad saw a year-on-year rise of 13%, reaching an average of ₹7,335 per square foot (carpet area). This growth was particularly notable in the central-west areas (Ambawadi, Bodakdev, Vastrapur, Memnagar, Paldi) and eastern regions (Bapunagar, Maninagar, Isanpur, Naroda, Vastral), which experienced annual price increases of 16% and 14%, respectively.

For homebuyers, the cost of purchasing an apartment in Ahmedabad varies based on location.
